Ingredients:

  • 16 oz Shirataki Noodles

  • 5 tbsp Unsalted Butter

  • 6 tbsp Soy Sauce

Directions:

  1. Pour shirataki noodles out of packaging into a pasta strainer. (They come already cooked) Then drain their liquid over a sink and rinse them thoroughly for 1 minute with water. Strain all liquid.

  2. Heat a large sauté pan on medium high heat. And then put the butter in and let it start melting.

  3. When the butter has melted about halfway, add in the shirataki noodles, mix them around and let cook for 4 minutes.

  4. Then add in your soy sauce, mix around so that all of the noodles are coated and cook for 1 more minute.

  5. Let cool and divide into 5 even portions.
