We created this free resource to determine the amount of calories you need per day to maintain or lose weight with keto. Often on keto we track our macros to fit a certain ratio of carbs vs protein vs fat. That’s definitely the way to go; however, it can be useful to know how many calories a day you need to consume to actually lose weight. Usually when we cut out carbs, we will see a large calorie deficiency, but it’s important to be mindful of all of the nutritional components to dieting.
