Ingredients

  • 2 Slices of thinly sliced Gouda Cheese

That’s all! Those are the only ingredients! The thinner the slice, the crispier it will get. You can use any type of gouda really; we just use regular gouda, not smoked or anything.



Directions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 325F.

  2. Slice your two slice of cheese into 18 even slices. That’s 3 cuts each way on each slice of cheese.

  3. Lay a piece of parchment over a baking sheet. Then place your 18 slices of cheese about 1 inch apart from each other on the sheet.

  4. Place in the oven for 10-14 minutes (ours took 12 minutes). Start checking around 6-8 minutes because all cheese can cook differently. Look for the edges to be browned, and the tops to be super lightly golden brown.

  5. Take them out and let them cool for 10 minutes.

  6. ENJOY! These are best fresh but you can store them for a day or 2, although they might lose their crispness.
