We’re obsessed with this keto dinner recipe that your whole family will love. OK, so you’re looking for a weeknight keto dinner, and you want something that’s full of flavor, pretty easy to put together, and of course low carb. You’ve come to the right place.

Servings: 5

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 1 Hour

Keto Meatloaf Ingredients:

  • 1.25lb Ground Turkey

  • 1.75 tbsp canola oil

  • 0.5 red pepper

  • 0.5 yellow onion

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup Keto Breadcrumb (toast keto bread and then crumble) or use panko

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup low carb ketchup

  • 1 tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Heat the oil in medium sauté pan and then add in the onion and pepper. Sauté for about 3 minutes and take off of the heat.

  3. Add all other ingredients into a large mixing bowl and use a large spoon to carefully combine all ingredients together.

  4. Then add the onion and peppers along with any oil in the pan to the large bowl. Mix everything together until evenly mixed.

  5. Grease a rectangular metal or glass bread pan. Place the meat mixture in and spread around evenly. Then add a little layer of ketchup to the top.

  6. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour, or until some of the top ketchup looks a little burnt. Check the inside by sticking a knife in the middle, it should come out clean if it’s done.

  7. Let cool and cut into 5 slices.

Store in Tupperware in the fridge, and heat in microwave for 50 seconds, or in a 400 Degree oven for 5 minutes.
